hi there, hmm unfortunately i don't have the contact number. you can tell your uncle that he can get a copy of his birth certificate with the national statistics office here in Manila. he just has to request that. because usually, there are 3 copies that are produced: for the municipal, nso and i forgot the last one :). Thanks but the NSO office in Mnla couldn't find his birth certificate & told him to get in from Alcantara. Thank you all the same replying & the suggestion
